Eliana and her family got me a cake for my birthday, and also when I left in August, they gave me a going away cake. Their cakes are so delicious. I really like how they put fruit on top.

I am Eliana and I am very glad to read its messages, really cheers to much the idea to me that Tim can do one of those cakes before coming to Peru, I think he does not have the recipe of the cake, but I will give the recipe thus him, he will be able to do one of those cakes and I think that he will make a cake very delicious :).....
Eliana, you have the recipe for those cakes? Tim loved those cakes. If you do have the recipe, I would like to have it. Perhaps I should assist Tim in his cake baking. He might need a little help. :) Although Tim does pretty well in the kitchen.

Ahhhh, Terrie and Rhonda you have such faith in my cake baking skills. I told Tim he should bake it and he reminded me that he has never made a cake before. ha.
Don't those cakes look delicious. Tim remembers those cakes fondly so I know they had to have been good. :)
