The baby is growing!

Today in the morning before going to church, my mother looked at me and said ¨your belly is bigger¨. I smiled and said ¨yes, it is bigger¨.

After the meeting at the church, a young woman approached me. She was very happy and smiling and said, ¨your tummy is growing¨. And so I said ¨yes, it is true, the baby is getting bigger¨.

And then I went to my brother Paul´s house to help fix his computer, and he said to me, ¨oh!, your belly is bigger¨. And I told him, ¨yes, the baby is growing¨.
When I got home and we were having lunch, my sisters fiance Gustavo said ¨your belly is bigger!¨. I smiled and said, ¨yes, the baby is growing¨.

And my sister Katherine says to me, ¨your tummy is bigger!¨. I think possibly that for many days, or even more months, people will be telling me enthusiastically, ¨oh, your belly is bigger!¨.

And I like to hear it, because it reminds me that the baby is growing.

We need pictures!! Then we can say the same thing. Hope you two are doing well. Its hot here, supposed to be 91 degrees tomorrow. Brian and I are recovering from our first sunburns in years. Very painful. You should hear us moan and groan.

Here's what you have to look forward to...

Today, I looked at the back yard, and Alex was outside playing in his church clothes. He had put on his swim goggles, so the straps were sticking out both sides. And he was waving at the cars as they drove by. One was a motorcycle and it slowed down and looked at him, doing a double take. Alex looked like a total looney.

Pretty soon, he got into trouble because he was throwing mud at Leeza. So, I brought him inside. He still had his swim goggles on and I told him he had to sit inside for five minutes for covering his sister's glasses in mud (I secretly laughed, because Leeza looked so funny with one eye blacked out in a mudcake). I pointed to the place for him to sit down, but he couldn't see me. That's when I saw that the goggles were completely fogged over and he couldn't see anything. They must have fogged up when he came inside. It was quite a sight, him staring up at me with mud on his church clothes, goggle straps sticking out, and the goggles completely fogged over. Hard to keep a straight face.

Yes, pictures!!! Do the same pose each month so we can compare! You must be growing for so many to notice! :)

Rhonda, I hope you took pictures of Alex.

Dad was called out to work early this morning and has been gone all day. Guess I will go to CR by myself.

Lots of tornadoes in Kansas and Oklahoma yesterday. Been a very big spring for tornadoes. We haven't been hit much up here but south of us has been very active.
